NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF CLASS AND COLLECTIVE ACTION LAWSUIT AND FAIRNESS HEARING&nbsp;PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY TO LEARN ABOUT YOUR RIGHTSIf you provided golf caddie services at Montclair Golf Club at any time after April 6, 2016, you may be entitled to a payment from a class action lawsuit settlement.&nbsp;A state court authorized this notice. This is not a solicitation from a lawyer. &nbsp; <ul><li class="ql-align-justify">This notice pertains to individuals who provided golf caddie services at Montclair Golf Club at any time after April 6, 2016 (“Class Members”; this period of time, the “Class Period”).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Four individuals (the “Plaintiffs”) who assert that they provided golf caddie services at Montclair Golf Club have sued Montclair Golf Club (the “Defendant”) in the above-captioned action (the “Lawsuit”), in which they allege that Defendant violated the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law (the “WHL”).&nbsp;Plaintiffs filed the lawsuit as a class action under the state law of New Jersey.&nbsp;Defendant denies these allegations and maintains that all individuals who provided caddie services were properly compensated for their time.&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li class="ql-align-justify">To avoid the burden, expense, inconvenience and uncertainty of continued litigation, the parties have concluded that it is in their best interests to resolve and settle the action by entering into a settlement agreement. Accordingly, the Plaintiffs who filed the Lawsuit and the Defendant have reached a settlement in this matter.&nbsp;The Defendant has agreed to pay up to $450,000 into a fund that will be used to pay all Class Members who qualify for a settlement payment, as well as to pay attorneys’ fees, and the expenses of administering the settlement.</li></ul>
